What Are Wounds (Explained) – Warhammer 40k Darktide

Wounds in Warhammer 40k: Darktide is a keyword for the health bars, and it refers to the number of health bars that you have modified on your character.

There is a possibility to change the number of wounds on your characters by using different modifiers.

If you look in the bottom left at the health bars, you will see the purple bars which are actually the wounds that give additional health bar.

Instead of taking a third of your max HP, it’s going to take only 25% because you can heal those purple bars only at the med stations.

To get these purple bars, you need to get talent or a trinket with plus one Wounds.

However, those 25% more HP might not be a great deal and maybe in the future, there will be two or three wounds that would actually make a huge difference.
