Let the mobs fall in line and knock them all down!
Here is a simple-to-follow guide to unlocking the “Gone Bowling” achievement in Warhammer 40K: Darktide. While there are several methods to earn this particular achievement, we believe this is the most effective to do just that.
However, take note that this guide is targeted to those that do not have a full 4 pre-made groups that play together always. This method may take a few tries.
Gone Bowling Achievement Guide – Warhammer 40,000 Darktide
You can get the Gone Bowling achievement by knocking down at least 100 enemies using a single Bull Rush on Malice Threat difficulty or higher.
To begin your quest to get the achievement, choose the level “Magistrati Oubliette TM8-707.” It is the assassination level that begins in the sewers.
The drop-down to the sewers is a perfect spot to let mobs flood in and squeezed together for you to then tackle and hit each other.
Choose either Heresy or Damnation difficulty. Take note that the higher the difficulty the lesser chance you would run into random players. Getting this achievement is much easier when done alone or with some friends, not randoms.
Before loading in the level, make sure that you have a slab shield and heretic bonker. It is also important for this strategy to have the unstoppable feat.
There will be some enemy ogryn that would chill around and get in your face and block you from charging in and getting the achievement. The unstoppable feat dispels that problem.
With that done, and the level loaded, make your way to the hole and drop down the sewers. Be careful as enemies love spawning in that area.
After dropping down the sewers, start clearing the first half of the big room so you do not get immediately surrounded.
Special enemies are going to start spawning anytime now so you better run quickly to the middle of the big room and aggro the mobs by shooting at them.
As soon as the mob chase you, retreat to the tunnel to funnel them into a tight space.
There, you would have to wait for a horde spawn which should do so as you are aggroing mobs. With a bit of luck, there shouldn’t be any crowd control special enemies like trappers and hounds.
All you have to do now is to use your shield special while you sit at the back of the tunnel.
Give it a few moments for the tunnel to fill up with mobs then charge to get the achievement.
There you have it! If everything goes to plan, you should bag the Gone Bowling achievement in no time!
