Christina the Sun Priestess can be tracked in the Blood Altar. Her location may vary, but she might be found guarding the roads in the center of Dunley Farmlands.
Usually, she is around Dawnbreak Village. You could use your teleport to get near or ride your mount to travel faster to get to her location.
Because it is a bit dangerous and hard to challenge her inside the village, the best way to challenge her is after she goes to patrol alone at the roads around the Dawnbreak Village.
She is a bit tough boss and better prepare well before you fight her.
