The first thing that you need to do is to go to your search bar in your windows and search up Apps & Features.
After that has been opened up, in the middle of the window, you will see an Optional Features setting that you can select.
Once the Optional Features window has been opened up, press on the + sign where it says Add Feature.
Search up Media Feature Pack. Select that one and install it.
Now your next step is to restart your PC and try to open up the game. Once the game has loaded up, you will notice that the white screen error has been fixed and you can now play Undecember without any problems what so ever.
