Tower of Fantasy is a massive open-world RPG where players can embark on an adventure across the lands of the planet Aida either alone or with their friends. The game has recently received a new 1.5 update that adds a new area called Artificial Island which includes new enemies, quests and monsters for players to discover.

Wildwing Otto Location in Tower Of Fantasy
In order to find this flying winged enemy, head over to the enemy stronghold near Eyrie.
Once you reach there, enter this blue portal to reach the platform on the top.
Now glide your way across to reach the two mountains floating in the sky.
Upon landing, you will find the winged Wildwing Otto along with some of the other enemies.
It will take you some time and effort to defeat this level 70 creature as he has two white shields to protect him alongwith a large red main healthbar.
After you manage to defeat him, you will complete the Otto achievement and receive 7 Achievement Currency and 10 Dark Crystals as rewards.
