Vehicle 2613 is a numeric cube that can fly around and be used as a vehicle.
In order to unlock this weird vehicle, you will have to finish a certain quest. All you need to do is to make your way to Cobalt-B. This is a part of the “Franz’s Gift” quest where you have to unlock another vehicle before you go for the 2613.
Once you talk with Cobalt-B, she will give you the gift from Franz which is Falcon, a motorcycle vehicle.
After she gives you the gift, you need to go near the Falcon and unlock it.
Once it is unlocked, you have to activate it in your Vehicles menu.
Now, return to the game and you need to tap “V” on your keyboard to ride the Falcon.
After trying to rife Falcon, you will complete the mission Franz’s Gift and now you will be able to use and unlock the vehicle 2613.
It is a unique cube-shaped vehicle which its built-in floating power unit allows it to move easily, even on bumpy roads.
