The error 2618 message prevents players from logging in to a particular server and this means the server that you are trying to connect to is currently full.
To fix this, you will need to switch to a different server in the game or wait for some time for the load to reduce on the current server.
You can try relaunching the game to reconnect to the same server or follow these steps to switch your server manually:
1. Click on your server name at the bottom of the screen to change it. In this case, it is the Astora server in the European Union.
2. You can change your server by selecting your region from the list and checking the available servers there.
A red icon indicates that the server is full and cannot accept more players meaning that it will be hard to connect to this server.
Meanwhile, an orange colour icon indicates that the server has a moderate load and is about to get full so you might face some issues while connecting to it.
Finally, the green colour icon means that the server has a very low number of players and you can easily join it. If you are seeing a grey icon that it means that the server is currently undergoing maintenance and no one will be able to join it.
In case all the servers in your region are full then you can try connecting to servers present in other regions or wait for the load on the servers in your region to reduce.
Since the game has been gaining popularity due to its recent release, there is a high chance that most of the servers will be either full or facing some kind of issues as new players try to join and experience the game for the first time.
