In order to find this Inquisitor called Coeus, you need to visit the above location in the Warren Snowfields region of the map.
Once you reach there, you will find a giant robot standing guard next to a tent inside the enemy camp.
Defeating him can take some time as this level 46 enemy has a large red health bar and two small white bars to protect himself.
After defeating him, you will be rewarded with 584 XP and unlock the Coeus achievement in the game.
