Star Wars: The Old Republic is an online multiplayer game where players can play as their favourite Star Wars character and choose their own adventure. The game is pretty old at this point and reading the subtitles can be pretty hard due to their size and colour. Thankfully, the developers have added a new option that allows players to change the size and colours of the subtitles in the game.

This guide will tell you how to change the subtitle colour in Star Wars: The Old Republic.

SWTOR: How To Change Subtitles Colors

First, you need to open your main menu and then click on the ”Preferences“ option. Now click on User Interface and then tick the” Display Subtitles for Conversations” option to enable subtitles in the game.

This will display subtitles whenever you are having a conversation with an NPC in the game.

Now it’s time to change the size and colour of these subtitles to make them more readable.

Open the main menu by pressing the Esc key and then select the Interface Editor option.

You can also click on the plus button in the left corner of the toolbar to open the editor.

Select the Conversation option from the dropdown menu and then tap the Conversation subtitles hud at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll down and click on the Subtitle Color option to open the colour box. Here you can select the colour of your choice and then click OK to apply it to your subtitles.

This will make your gameplay experience more enjoyable and accessible as you can now easily read the subtitles.

That’s it, you have successfully managed to change the colour of the subtitles in the game!
