How to Install Discord – Steam Deck
Starting off, you want to switch to Desktop Mode on your Steam Desk and open the Discover Software. This software can help you download any sort of third-party application, including Discord.
In the top-left corner of the screen, you will find the search button. Simply write down “Discord” and you can see it pop up and be ready for installation.

Once installed, open up your Steam and select the Games tab in the top border of the application. From there you want to press on the tab called “Add a Non-Steam Game to Your Library”.

Another window will show up where you can select third-party applications that can be opened up through Steam.

Now you will need to open up your Steam Deck and select “Library”. From there move over to the Non-Steam section where you will find Discord installed onto your Steam Deck.
