In order to find Crime Tokens, it is highly recommended that you reveal the entire map or at least unlock the map for the district that you are currently exploring.
You can get Crime Tokens by stopping crimes that randomly occur in your surroundings and these crime events are denoted by a red triangle with an exclamation mark on your screen.
These events usually range from robbery, car chases, drug deals, break-ins, mugging and many more.
These are similar to the random events that occur in Red Dead Redemption 2 and you need to intervene and stop these events by catching the criminals.
After you manage to prevent a crime, you will be rewarded with a Crime Token for it.
These tokens can then be used for purchasing and upgrading suits and gadgets in the game.
The best way to earn a lot of Crime Tokens is to pay attention to the crimes that happen around you and intervene immediately. You can also complete the bonus objectives in a crime event to earn more Crime Tokens.
