To get the Last Chaos Emerald, you need to navigate to the Ares Desert area in Sonic Frontiers.
To find it easily, you have to go to the hill on top of the desert which looks like a cube on top of the ground.
Climb on the rock and get on top of the hill where you will see the Last Chaos Emerald, but first of all, you need to use the Cyloop ability on the sign with the glowing blue light on it, and then you will get access to the Emerald.
