Return to Monkey island is a point and click adventure game and the long awaited 6th game from the Monkey Island series. The game takes place directly after the events of Monkey Island 2: Lechuck’s Revenge. Help Guybrush’s journey through solving narrative-based puzzles by investigating the environment and talking to NPCs. The game also contains a few easter eggs and achievements that players can obtain.

Dental Samaritan Achievement Guide – Return To Monkey Island
The Dental Samaritan Achievement is obtainable once you’ve reached Part 4 of the story.
First you’ll have to go to the Shipyard. On the table in the hut, you will find a wooden toothbrush and a picture of Stan. This gives you a clue on who to find next, Stan.
Stan can be found in the Ice Quarry on Brrr Muda Island.
He can be found by himself at the very end of the quarry.
Give him the toothbrush and you will get the Dental Samaritan achievement!
