Modern gaming consoles such as Xbox Series X and Playstation 5 offer a wide range of features to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for players.ALLM or Auto Low Latency Mode is one such feature that ensures that your console switches the display settings of your TV to the lowest latency possible to reduce the input lag while playing games.
This guide will tell you how to enable ALLM on PS5.
In order to enable ALLM, open Settings and then select the Screen and Video option.
Scroll down to find ALLM mode from the list.
Set this feature to Automatic and it will enable ALLM when VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) option is turned on.ALLM will also be automatically enabled even if you turn it off when VRR is used.
Do note that your TV needs to support ALLM before you enable it on the PS5.
If your TV doesn’t have support for ALLM then you will see the following error message appear on your screen.
