New World as the name suggests is an open-world MMO RPG title developed by Amazon where you will need to survive on the supernatural island of Aeternum. You will need to fight, forage and forge new weapons to deal with obstacles that you will face on your journey either alone or with friends.
The Iron and Blood quest requires you to rescue any surviving members of the Iron Rose company and find Sergeant Cotherhan. This quest is assigned by Leovix Silva and you will need to complete the Tracking the Tribute quest first to receive it.
This guide will tell you how to complete the Iron and Blood quest in the game.
Iron and Blood Quest Guide
In order to start this quest, you will need to head over to Grenville and talk to Leovix Silva who is the Iron Rose captain. He will ask you to visit the campsite and offer the Leather Shoulder Bag as a reward for completing the quest.
Head north of the Maypole campsite and then build a camp to create a respawn point near the Iron Rose Garrison. This will allow you to fast travel there if something goes wrong.
Next, you need to head over to the Iron Rose Garrison and search for survivors there. Defeat any enemies that you encounter on the way and then head into the house located in the northwest corner of the area. Clear any enemies inside the house and then talk to Gideon Sturm on the second floor of the building.

After talking to Gideon, follow the marker to learn about the fate of Sergeant Cotherhan. You will need to straight and walk across the road to reach the location. Be careful as there are enemies located inside the camp.
You will find Sergeant Cotherhan on the porch that connects the two buildings and you will need to defeat her to collect the Armband from her body.
After collecting the Armband, return back to Leovix Silva located near the Iron Rose Shrine and then talk to him to complete the quest. You will receive the Leather Shoulder Bag as a reward along with other items such as 1650 XP, 40 coins,175 Standing and 200 Azoth.
