During Sony’s latest quarterly financial call, it has been revealed that Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered is its fastest-selling game on PC, beating out fellow big hitters such as God of War (2018) and Horizon Zero Dawn. While Sony did not include any specific sales figures in their announcement, many believe that the game has at least sold 1 million copies on the PC.

While many would assume that controlling a fast-moving and always-on-the-go character like Spiderman would be a chore using a mouse and keyboard, players have actually been really satisfied with how the once-PlayStation exclusive game was ported to PCs.
That being said, it isn’t without problems. Some have also reported that the game is a bit too heavy on their CPUs and unfortunately, there are still no plans for it to have any additional CPU optimizations that would hopefully improve its performance on less powerful rigs.

That may be, now that Insomniac Games’ Marvel’s Spider-Man is officially the fastest-selling Sony game ever on PC, it is curious to see how its expansion ‘Miles Morales’ would fare in the system as well.
