Once users log into their Windows PC, the Intel Delayed Launcher will use the local run registry to execute automatically, which is around 30 to 60 seconds every time you boot the PC.

It acts as a system recovery measure, and if your system is attacked by a virus at the boot process, this program will completely stop it.

How to Disable Intel Delayed Launcher?

Method 2: Use Task Manager to Disable the Intel Delayed Launcher (Recommend for Windows 8 and 10)
Use this method only if you are using Windows 8 or 10, other than that the process will be unsuccessful.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc ley to open Task Manager.
- Once the Task Manager pops up, click on “More Details” to expand the window.
- Select the Startup tan and scroll until you find the Delayed Launcher.
- After you find it, click on it and it will show that its startup impact is high, which means it will cause a longer startup time.
- Now, while the Delayed Launcher is selected, press the “Disable” button at the bottom right corner and the process is done.
