Time to fix the texture loss in the LSPDFR mod for GTA V!

The Los Angeles Police Department First Response (LSPDFR) is a popular GTA 5 mod that completely changes the game and allows players to play as police officers in the game.

While the mod is constantly updated by its creators and has good community support, it is not uncommon for people to run into issues such as textures disappearing after installing the mod. In this guide, we will tell you to fix the texture loss problem in the LSPDFR mod in GTA 5.

How To Easily Fix Texture Loss: GTA 5 LSPDFR

Fixing the problem is very easy and you don’t need to worry much if you follow all the steps mentioned below carefully.

If you are using a low-end PC then you need to head into the graphics settings of the game and then check whether the video memory is in red colour or not. If your video memory is highlighted in red colour then you need to lower some of the graphics settings such as Texture and Shader quality to reduce the memory usage and turn it to green from red or yellow.

Next, you need to open the GTA 5 main directory on your PC and open the LSPDFR folder there. If you own the game on Steam then you head over to the Steam Library and right-click on Grand Theft Auto V to access its Properties.

In the Properties menu, click on the Local Files option in the top tab and then select the Browse Local Files option to open the game directory.

After opening it, double click on the LSPDFR folder to access it.

Inside the folder, you will notice a lspdfr.ini file which you need to select and then press right-click and select the edit option to open it with a text editor such as notepad.

After opening it, search for “Main.PreloadAllModels” and set it to false. Now click on File and then select the Save option to commit the changes that you have made.

That’s it, now go ahead and launch the game to enjoy the LSPDFR mod without any texture loss issues!
