How To Unlock UFO Glow Believe Cap – GTA 5 Online
In order to get this glowing UFO cap, you will need to capture all the 26 UFOs that appear in different locations of Los Santos as a part of the Halloween event.
You will need to take a photo of all the UFO sightings that appear on each day during the event and these sightings will only appear from 10 PM to 4 AM in-game time.

They can be easily found thanks to their large beam of light with only one of them appearing every day for the first 8 days after which multiple UFOs will start to appear.
Once you have clicked a photo, you will be able to send it to Omega to get $15000 and 1000RP for every photo as well as a bonus of $50000 if you manage to capture all the photos.
You will also get the UFO Believe glowing cap mentioned earlier and a UFO Boxer shorts on the ninth day of the event after you get abducted by one of the UFOs.
These caps can then be equipped by visiting your Wardrobe or any clothing store where you can access the Hats clothing section.
