Gotham Knights is a new open-world RPG that is set in the most dynamic and interactive Gotham City where you take the role of Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin in order to protect Gotham and bring hope back to the citizen by investigating and solving the mysteries in the city. The Penguin is one of the villains that you will encounter many times in the game, and most of the time it will be because of some criminal deals.

Penguin’s Criminal Deal – Gotham Knights
The Penguin’s Criminal Deal is one of the challenges in Gotham City where you have to stop a criminal deal to interfere with the Penguin’s activities.
Once the challenge starts, you can track it on the map, and use your motorcycle to get there.
It is located on the west side of New Gotham on the map.
Simply just follow the navigation GPS and you will get there quickly. Once you are there, you will get an objective to stop the deal between the two gangs.
- Defeat all Enemies 10/10
- Retrieve the Modchips 3/3
- BONUS: Defeat enemies using the Environment 2/2
The enemies will be all around the parking between the buildings and you can easily defeat all of them.
The first Modchip that you can retrieve is located in the back of the truck vehicle in a yellow box.
The second Modchip can be found at the corner of the building going to the backyard, and it will be also in a yellow box which is standing on another two red boxes on the edge of the building.
And the last Modchip can be found in the back if the truck at the same place where you found the previous chip.
Go on the back of the truck and open the box where you will find the third Modchip.
However, you might now be able to the last tenth enemy on the parking area, because it is a sniper guy who is on the top of the main building.
You can just kill him from a distance with your weapon, or just get closer to him a kill him with a stealth mode.
Once you complete all the objectives from the challenge, the Penguin’s Criminal Deal will be resolved.
