There is a page that can be found at the Gotham Cemetery which can be easily located by using your AR scan.

Using your AR scan at the entrance will show you a strange marking on one of the nearby tombstones.
This notifies you that one of Historia Strigidae’s hidden pages is nearby.
There is a trail of these markings on the path to the hidden page. To find the next hidden marking, head to the columbariums to your left.
This proves that you are on the correct path. The hidden page isn’t too far off now.
Continue on to the columbarium behind that and you will see one of them will be marked with a symbol. Approaching it reveals that it can be interacted with.
That is where the hidden page is placed.
