While you are searching the mines for Tyr quest in Svartalfheim, all you need to do is control the flow of the water and create a path for Kratos to be able to hop to the other side and continue forward.
First, you need to shoot the rock that is blocking the water flow, and you have to do it with Atreus.
After that, once the water starts to flow, you have to throw your axe at the exact place above the big wheel, so the water will start falling on the wheel and it will start rotate.
Once the wheel rotates, it will lift up the hook on which you can attack your chain and hop to the other side.
After you pass through the door, there will be another puzzle where you need to do the same thing with the water.
Make sure to throw the axe above the wheel and the water will start falling on the circle.
The water will overflow and when the wheel start spinning, the crane will lift up.
Use the hook on the crane to hop on the other side of the platform.
Once you are on the other side, you have to turn the switch on the water pipe that will make the water flowing on the sides.
From here, you need to go back on the other side of the platform, where you came from, and need to climb on the wooden platform using the chain.
Here you will come to the other side of the water pipe, where you need to turn the other switch so the water flow will go directly on the other wheel.
By activating both the wheels to spin from the water flow, the door of the elevator will be opened and you will solve the puzzle and be able to continue forward.

Throw your axe and the elevator will come down.
Once you get inside the elevator, get back your axe, and the water flow will be unlocked, and the elevator will bring you up.
On the upper platform, you have to enter the big door, and you will come to the next puzzle.
You need to use Atreus and shoot an arrow inside the rock that is blocking the rope.
After you unblock the rope, have to spin the lever that will lift up the rope, and then you can use it to slide down on it and come to the other platform.
In this area you will come to the last puzzle that needs to be solved.
First, you need to climb Atreus on the left side of the wooden platform where he is going to find a crank over there.
Here, you need to block the water flow in front of the big wheel, and then activate the wheel with Atreus.
It will start digging the rock and some materials will get stuck on the place where you blocked the water flow with your axe.
This will help you to get back your axe and the water flow will still be blocked on the pipe.
Now, you need to go on the other side of the area where you will have to make spin the other wheel.
Throw your axe on the same spot where the wheel is and the water flow will start spinning it.
The crane will lift up, and you can hop on the other side of the platform.
Here, you have to destroy the rocks that are blocking the previous pipe, and the water flow with continue on the side of the pipe.
This will make the platform where you stand to move back to its first position, and you will also move along with it.
