Spike Self-Circulation Report: Environs Log is a World Quest in Genshin Impact. Once you navigate to the quest, you have to wait until the next day and then go and talk to Hosseini.
Hosseini can be found in the northwest of the waypoint in The Chasm: Main Mining Area. You can simply teleport there on the world map and dive to the bottom of the mine where you will find him.
Talk to Hosseini and follow the dialogue. You will have to accept the challenge that Hosseini will ask for.
Circulation Theory Challenge requires clearing out the Oozing Concretions near the Spike to ensure its operation. The main condition is to defeat all 29 opponents in the time allotted.
Once you complete the challenge, you have to go back to give a report to Hosseini. Once the dialogue is done, your quest will be completed.
