Lisa Outfit Quest Guide
The quest is a part of the Second Blooming quest bundle. Open it up and you will receive a world quest called “A Librarian’s Long and Carefree Vacation”. Do try and hurry up with this quest as it is only available for 12 more days. After that, you won’t be able to get it.
Once accepted, you will get a blue marker from the world quests and be guided towards Sumeru City where you need to talk to Effendi.
You and Effendi will have a long conversation about the job and be given a hit that you need to meet up with Gafoor at Puspa Café where he usually takes all of his new visitors.
This location will be close to Effendi and you should be able to see it clearly on your map. Once you enter the area, you will see Garfoor and a mysterious lady who are talking to each other. This mysterious person appears to be Lisa who is the main character for this quest.
As Lisa’s conversation with Garfoor ends, you will step in and introduce yourself. You will then ask Lisa about a research project on Ley Lines. After the conversation, you will head over to a room and speak privately with Lisa.
Here you will get to learn more about Lisa and how she even made it to Sumeru City. It turns out that she wanted to meet her old friends here and see how things are going with them.
After you’ve finished your conversation, you will get the next objective which is to go to the Mawtiyima Forest.
As you slowly make your way, you will see a giant yellow bright light that is shot up in the sky. There you will meet up with Garfoor and get introduced to the Second Blooming Event.

In this event, you need to create three teams and fight in three consecutive rounds of combat. You will be given a timer which you must beat and in that timer the waves of incoming enemies need to be also defeated.
As a next objective, you will be required to enter the event and create three teams of your best character.
Make sure to make a great selection here as you require a good group of characters to defeat all of your monsters.
We suggest using different class types for each time so that way you can counter almost all of the incoming enemies.
Once your group of characters has been created, you now will need to select two skills for each group. The skills are listed on the screen just after you’ve selected all characters.
All that is left for you to do is to begin the event and start defeating the incoming waves of monsters. And after you’ve completed the event, you will be awarded with different rewards from the Second Blooming event in Genshin Impact.
