If you want to use a Match Invitation Letter for Genshin Impact, you need to head over to Mondstadt, at the very center of the city.
Once you are there, you need to enter The Cat’s Tail which is a restaurant filled with people, including Prince who is the Duel Saint of Cats.
Speak with Prince and ask it about Player Levels.
Once you pass Player Level one, you will be awarded with a Match Invitation Letter. Now turn around where you will see a giant framed event board that you can interact with.
