Interact with her, and from the menu, you can select the Adventure Challenge and then choose your deck for the challenge.
The Adventure Challenge that you can play by Ellin is called Increasing Danger and is pretty simple which means you can easily get a bunch of Level Experience.

Marjorie’s Adventure Challenge
