Teleport to the Main Mining Area south waypoint and head west into the cave. After you teleport follow the marked point on the map to find Anton and give him any 4 foods.
After you help Anton with some food, you will have to defeat the incoming Fatui and go back to talk to Anton again.
The next task is to go to the supply station to look for the clues.
To do this, you have to teleport to the Ad-Hoc Main Tunnel west waypoint and glide south.
Once you find and interact with the book on the wooden table, you have to defeat both treasure hoarders to get back Yanbo’s note.
After you get the note, teleport back to the Main Mining Area south waypoint and head west into the cave where you have to talk one more time to Anton to complete the world quest.
