How To Buy Energy Potion Blueprint & Craft Energy Potion – Frozen Flame
The very first thing you have to find is the blueprint for the Energy Potion.
The Energy Potion Blueprint will be sold by Woodhead in the Broken Valley for 500 Coins.
He can be found at the southernmost island, hidden in a cliff with a lot of mushrooms. Use your bird powers to fly to his location.
Woodhead will also sell actual Health and Stamina Potions if you have any need for them.

Once you’ve obtained the blueprint, you can return to your base and find a Pot that you can use to craft potions with.
The Energy Potion will need a few ingredients:
- 1 Water Vessel
- 3 Fireberry Leaves
- 1 Sunny Glow Beetle
The Water Vessel can be obtained by using an Empty Waterskin on the Fountain at the Broken Valley, while Fireberry Leaves and Sunny Glow Beetles are also commonly encountered in the area as well.
