Forza Horizon 5 is a popular racing game developed by Playground Games where players compete in various races through the beautiful landscapes of Mexico.
This guide will tell you how to complete the Tropical Fruits Treasure Hunt challenge in the game.
Forza Horizon 5: Tropical Fruits Location
As a part of the Summer playlist, you will need to complete the Tropical Fruits Treasure Hunt and the first part of the clue says “Carting on electric wheels is 5 times better if you have the skill”.
This means that the first requirement is to drive any electric vehicle in the game such as the Porsche Taycan Turbo S or Jaguar I Pace or any of the other electric cars present in the game.
If you don’t own an electric car then you can purchase the 2022 Extreme E #99 Chip Ganassi Racing GMC Hummer EV for 700000 credits or complete the Extreme E Island Prix I Seasonal Championship to win the #42 Extreme E for free.
There are also other challenges such as the season Boardwalk Danger Sign challenge or Battery Powered challenge that you can complete to win the No.44 Extreme E or Rimac Concept 2 in the game.
After you get the keys to drive an electric vehicle, head over to any of the urban parts of the map and search for taco cars with wheels. While these carts can be found all across Mexico, some of the best places to find them are Mulege, Guanajuato, and Playa Azul.
You will come across plenty of these carts in Mulege and you will need to smash into them to get the Cart Wheels Skills.
Just smash into 5 of these carts in succession to get the skill chain and you are good to go. Make sure you don’t crash into any other obstacle otherwise the skill chain will be broken
Once you have smashed 5 of these carts, a message will appear on your screen saying “Treasure Challenge Complete!”.
Now open your map and you will see an orange circle revealing the location of the treasure chest north of Playa Azul.
Head over to the coast near the beach and you will see a wooden boat next to the shore with a wooden chest beside it.
Smash this treasure chest to receive 100 Festival Forzathon Points and complete the challenge!
That’s it, now go ahead and destroy some taco carts to complete the challenge!
