After you unlock the X Class, you will need to complete a major mission called Fresh Orange Routes which requires you to discover all roads in Hot Wheels Park.
Completing this mission will take a few hours but you will receive the Hennesey Venom F5 as a reward.
The best way to do this is to hide all the clutter on the map such as the race events and bonus boards and then you will be able to see all the undiscovered roads.
