The Demi-Human Chief can be found while exploring the Dissenter’s cave on the southwest side of the Church of Elleh. You need to defeat this boss in order to access the beaches on the other side of the cave. Use chain attacks to lower his health and watch out for any overhead attacks since he can attack you even if you use your shield.
