Disney Dreamlight Valley is a third-person life simulator game where players can play as their favourite Disney character and engage in fun quests and activities with their friends. As you explore different parts of the game, you will find various obstacles blocking your path such as Ice rocks which are stronger than regular rocks and cannot be broken easily.
This guide will tell you how to break Ice Rocks in the game.
How To Remove Ice in Disney Dreamlight Valley
In order to break ice rocks, you will need to get the quest called Breaking the Ice by Anna.
You will find Anna in the Frozen Realm in Dream Castle which can be unlocked for 4000 Dreamlights.To visit Dream Castle, you will first need to unlock the Forest of Valor area on your map.
You will need to get Anna to level 2 and then invite Elsa and Anna to your village to receive new quests. This is the first quest that you receive after inviting Elsa where you need to collect the following ingredients to create the Warmth of the Summer Potion:
- 1 Vial of Ocean Water
- 5 Sunflowers
- 5 Lemons
- 2 Sugarcane
- 3 Garlic
Garlic can be found in the Forest of Valor and you can easily find it on the ground as shown above.
You can collect Lemons from Lemon Trees found across the Forest of Valor as well as the Glade of Trust.
These lemon trees can be moved around so you can put them at the location of your choice.
The Vial of Ocean Water can be collected from the glowing patches in the ocean near Dazzle Beach.
You can purchase Sugarcane seeds for 5 gold each by visiting Goofy’s Stall located in Dazzle Beach.
Sunflowers can also be found scattered across Dazzle Beach and you can find one near Goofy’s Stall.
Once you have collected all the items, visit a crafting station to create the Warmth of Summer potion.
Now return back to Elsa and hand over the potion to her. This will give you the Royal Pickaxe heat power allowing you to break harder elements such as ice rocks.
Head over to the Ice Cavern and use your pickaxe to break the Ice. You don’t have to craft the spell again as the effect of heat on your pickaxe is permanent and you can break ice anytime you want.
That’s it, now go ahead and get the Summer of Warmth potion to break the ice!
