This is your typical mage class that has ranged abilities which will stun, damage, and push enemies away from you. Your goal as a wizard is to try to push out as much damage as possible and stay away as further as possible from enemies.

The wizard is a popular class that many players like to use which is the “Teleport” skill. This skill allows you to teleport all around the map.

Skills

Once you reach level 18, you should pick a specific skill set that will be beneficial for your class, this skill set is:

  • Magic Missile (Strike an enemy for damage and gain Hardened Launch a missile of magic energy, dealing damage. When the ultimate bar is full, you can use Ice Missile.)
  • Scorch (Launch a flaming orb that deals damage and knocks away enemies, leaving a Burning trail that deals damage overtime)
  • Arcane Wind (Unleash a blast of wind in a direction, dealing damage and knocking enemies away.)
  • Lightning Nova (Hurl 10 balls of lightning away from you in all directions, dealing damage as they pass outward and gain as they return to your new location.)
  • Teleport (Teleport forward, maximum 3 charges)

Once you reach level 38, you want to make a slight change with your skills. Switch out the Lightning Nova skill for the Black Hole skill.

The Black Hole skill will create a black hole for 3 seconds which will pull enemies and deal damage. Great for crowd control

When you reach level 41, switch out the Scorch ability with Meteor. This ability will summon a meteor that drops from the sky, stunning and dealing damage to all enemies. Combining this ability with the Black Hole ability is a perfect combo for instant damage and overtime damage on enemies.

Leveling

Leveling up your character, specifically, your wizard is all up to you. There are various methods of leveling up your character, the main and best way to level it up is by progressing through the main story quest.

This method is great, try to combine main story quests with side quests that you find as you head out on adventures. Some of these side quests will be located in the same area as the story quest, it will only take some time to complete and even grant you unique loot.

You can run dungeons efficiently without stopping. This will level up your battle pass and help you level up faster.

You can also enter evil caves that have a ton of monsters inside, some of these caves can actually hold great loot which will come in handy if you need an upgrade.

Keep in mind that you have your teleport ability which will help you get around areas much quicker and save you a lot of time.
