However, if you want to get your hands on a specific item or weapon, you need to wait for the vendors’ inventory to get refreshed, which happens after a specified period.

How Often Do Shops Refresh – Cyberpunk
Night City is full of various shops and vendors that will offer you unique items such as weapons, clothing and other cosmetic items. However, if you want to buy a specific item then you will need to wait for the vendor to restock their inventory.
All the vendors in the city refresh their stocks after a period of 24 hours. So you just need to walk away from the shop and wait for 24 hours to purchase new items from them.
In case you are not fond of waiting then you always use the Skip Time feature in the main menu to fast forward 24 hours and visit your favourite merchant. Just set the time to 24 hours and then the press the Confirm button.
This feature can be pretty handy if you want to get a legendary weapon or get something that isn’t available with the vendor yet.
This trick can be used to refresh the inventory at clothing stores, weapon shops, Netrunners and at the Ripperdoc. It can be really useful if you want to sell more items to a vendor but you have reached the daily selling limit.
