In order to find Lucy’s Apartment, you will need to head over to the above location in the Westbrook district in Japantown.
As you walk through the streets, you will come across Minnie Day’s building on your left.
The first window from the right where the lights are on is the location where Lucy lives in the anime.
If you get to the top of the building then you will be able to enjoy the same view that is visible from the windows of Lucy’s apartment. This is the same location where Lucy told David about her dream of going to the moon.
