First you will have to upgrade your house to the point where it will have a Kitchen, otherwise you will have no way to cook food. Next is you will need the “Skillet” kitchen appliance.
The Skillet can be bought at Socket & Pan every now and then, you can check your TV for its availability.
The ingredients for a Fish Taco are any fish that you’ve caught from fishing while a Tortilla is another item that can be cooked using Flour. The fish you use can be anything from Blue Tang to Frogfish as long as it is a fish.
To cook a Fish Taco, simply interact with your Kitchen and use the Skillet with the ingredients.
A Fish Taco will restore 238 Health and 333 Energy.
