Chivalry 2 is a first-person medieval combat game where players need to defeat their enemies and perform some objectives before the timer runs out. In this guide, we will tell you how to level up quickly in the game.

Chivalry 2: How To Level Up

In order to level up in the game, you will need to earn XP and levelling up allows you to gain access to better weapons and cosmetics. The main aim of the game is to kill as many enemies as possible while completing all the objectives before the timer ends.

Higher the number of kills and objectives you complete, the more XP you will receive, resulting in a better rank on the scoreboard after each match.

Every kill you make in PvP will gain you 100 points so if you kill 17 enemies, you will gain 1700 points. Once you reach the top of the leaderboard, you will become the Viking Warlord.

Another way to gain XP is by completing the objectives in each match which range from freeing some peasants, blowing up gates or defending the castle. In case you are defending then you use the ballista to destroy enemy catapults to gain some easy XP

If you don’t wish to complete objectives or kill people on the battlefield then you can heal other players to earn some XP. Just put down your team banner and watch your XP points rack up as you heal everybody around. While you won’t get a lot of points per heal but if there are a lot of people injured around the banner then you receive a lot of points by simply healing them.

The only way you can put down a banner is by becoming a shieldman in the Knight Class or Crossbowman in the Archer Class. You can also become a Footman to throw medical packs to other players and help them heal.

While killing enemies will help you earn XP, you can also take down enemies to maximize your efficiency. In order to take down your enemies, you will need to reduce their health enough so you get takedown when they die. Do note that killing enemies will help you earn more XP but takedown will also gain some XP.

For example, if you manage to take down 4 enemies instead of killing 2 of them, you will be able to earn more XP.

Getting kills becomes easier when you are playing with friends or other teammates then you can target solo or weak players on the battlefield to get some easy XP. Another way is to let your teammates do most of the work and get some hits at the last moment for free XP.

It is also important to conserve your stamina during the combat and avoid targeting friendlies as it can result in a deduction of points if you attack or kill your teammates.

Once you get enough points and reach the top of the leaderboard to become a Viking Warlord, you will need to protect yourself from your enemies who will want to snatch the title from you.It is important to stick close to your teammates at this point and allow them to protect you.

That’s it, now go ahead and follow these tips to level up quickly and become a Viking Warlord in Chivalry 2!
