To fix this issue you will first need to open your Apex Legends folder which is located in:

Local Disk C: Program Files/ Steam/steamapps/common/Apex Legends

After this you need to open the properties od rSapex and go to Compatibility.

After that, you need to press Change High DPI settings for this program and change the behavior to Application.

After this you need to open the easy anti cheat folder.

Once inside run the anti-cheat service setup and click uninstall.

Then press Install Easy Anti-Cheat.

After that click finish. After this, you will want to download and run IObit Driver Booster in order to Update your drivers.

After this, you will need to install the newest version of DirectX.

After this step, you need to download the newest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Software.

And of course the final thing to do is to restart your PC.
