Albion Online is a free medieval fantasy MMORPG game where players can grow their wealth, forge alliances and explore the world to engage in intense PvP combat. This guide will tell you how to get a private island in the game.
As you progress through the game, you will notice other players brag about their own private island and getting your own personal island isn’t very difficult to achieve. In order to get your own island, you should have first purchased at least 30 days of premium status.
You can purchase the premium status for your character by clicking on the Crow icon in the top right corner of the game or by signing in to your account on Albion’s website. If you purchase a premium within the game then you can pay for it with the silver and gold that you have earned during your adventures.
Do note the free three-day premium for the purpose of buying an island. After you have purchased the premium status, find the island vendor in any major city which you visit most often.
You will be able to travel from this city to your island for free but if you wish to travel to your island from any other city then you will need to pay expensive baggage fees.
The island vendor looks like a pirate or ship’s captain who will be represented by an island icon after you press the N key.
Simply click the Island vendor to purchase your island for silver and the price of level one island keeps fluctuating but it should be in the range of 18,000 to 20,000 silver.
You can also purchase island upgrades from the island vendor which offers cosmetic improvements and more space to build if you wish to crops, alchemy herbs and livestock on your island.
It is recommended to upgrade your island at least once to level 2 if you wish to access these places. Even if your premium status expires, you will still have access to the island and it will be yours to keep forever.
That’s it, now go ahead and purchase your own personal island in the game!
