Across the Obelisk is a cooperative deck-building rogue-lite with RPG mechanics that players can either play solo or with their friends. You will need to unlock cards, create your own deck and face powerful opponents during your adventure.

How to unlock Bree

Bree is a tank character that focuses on accumulating thorn stacks as well as buffing allies while increasing damage through crack stacks.

In order to unlock Bree, you will need to spend more than an hour to complete Act 1 and then navigate to the blue portal.

In the Blue world, you will need to navigate to the grove located at the top of the map.

When you reach the grove, accept the quest and complete the act.

Next, you need to progress through the entirety of Act 3 and the first half of Act 4.

Once you are at the upper level of Act 4, navigate to the garden at the top of the map.

Here you need to select the Dig option and then Bree will be unlocked.

Bree Perks

When choosing perks for Bree, you can go for 25 General and 25 Physical perks trees.You can maximize your tankiness and have a little bit of extra energy from the general tab.

For the Physical tab, you can increase the number of thorn stacks as well as make sure that the thorns do not lose charges when hit.

You can maximize your crack stacks and ensure that you start with atleast one fortify so you don’t have to worry about retaining your armour during the early turns.

Bree’s starting item is called Forest Banner which supplies a little bit of speed at the start of the combat.

Her passive is called Spiky which provides 5 stacks of thorns during the start.

Bree Cards, Items & Playstyle

Bree’s starting deck consists of 3 Intercepts, 2 Intimidates, 3 Pommels, 1 unique card of Standard Bearer which heals and buffs the team, 2 Invigorating Blows, 3 Spike Shields and 1 Battle Shout.

When adding cards to the deck, you can go with Barbed Wire, Guard, Helping Hand and a Repair Armor.

For removing cards, you can delete the 2 Intercept, 1 Invigorating Blows and 1 Spike Shield as they can be quite expensive.

Coming to upgrades, the majority of the upgrades can be really expensive for Bree.

You only need to upgrade 2 things: Helping Hand to remove bombs and Repair Armour to make it zero cost.

If you are looking for items in the shop since Bree is a tank, you can go with the Veteran Armour or Flail to increase the damage a little bit.

When adding a pet, you can for the Bunny or the Harpy because of the extra dispel as well to help the team a little bit

If you are playing Bree, you will need to maximize your thorn stacks as well as the crack stacks that you apply to enemies while being tanky at the same time.

The cards will pretty much play themselves and you just need to support your team as you can.
