Follow these steps to get a Minibike to travel faster!

7 Days to Die is an open-world survival horror that combines gameplay elements of FPS, survival horror, tower defence, and role-playing games. While walking is a great way to explore the different areas of the open world, it’s always better to have a vehicle such as Mini Bike at your disposal.

This guide will tell you how to get a Minibike in the game.

How To Make Minibike in 7 Days To Die

There are 3 main methods to obtain a Minibike and these range from easy but slow to fast but quite expensive on your wallet.

The first method is looting a schematic which is pretty easy but requires a lot of time and RNG luck.

Another way is to purchase the parts from a trader but it can be quite expensive as it costs a lot of Dukes which you probably won’t have if you have just started the game.

The last method is probably the one that we will be discussing as it will help you get the Minibike in the first few days without requiring a lot of RNG luck or money.

Here is a list of things that you will need to get the Minibike:

  • A new world or 7 spare skill points in your existing world
  • 1 Wrench
  • 1 Forge (optional)
  • 1 Workbench
  • Access to cars (sedans)
  • 2 Minibike Wheels

If you are starting a new world and wish to get the Minibike as soon as possible then the first thing that you need to do is complete the initial tutorial quest which you can see in the top right corner.

This will reward you with 4 skill points once you complete all the stages of the quest.

You will need to invest these skill points as follows: first 3 points into Intellect to get your Intellect Attribute to level 4 so you can get perks later.

You need to invest the 4th point into the first level of Advanced Engineering called Blacksmith. This will provide you with quick access to a Forge.

Next, you need to gather three skill points which should be easy as it will take you time to collect the components for your bike. Just make sure that you kill every single zombie when you follow these steps.

First, you need to find a Wrench and the easiest way to find a Wrench is to loot them from the Kitchen or your randomly generated maps.

While you are looking for the Wrench, make sure to keep your eyes open for the Blast Acid.

This Acid is used for crafting the wheels of the Minibike and can be also found in these kitchens. Once you have the Wrench and the Acid, you will need to get your Forge up and running by finding the parts required to create it.

Next, you need to find a Workbench that you find in various areas on Navas Gain as well as on randomly generated maps. If you cannot find one then use one of the skill points to acquire the Advanced Engineering 2 attribute.

Now that you have your crafting area set up, you need to equip your wrench and use it on the cars around you. These cars can be found easily on houses around the map and you can find a  large concentration of cars in most of the major settlements in Navas Gains such as Parishton and Dyersville.

When you are hitting the cars with your wrench, make sure to keep these components:

  • Oil
  • Gasoline
  • Mechanical Parts
  • Electrical Parts
  • Springs
  • Pipes
  • Headlights
  • Engines
  • Lead Batteries

These are the parts that you need to keep as they are required for making your Minibike. When looking for engines, they will only spawn in cars that you can loot and you have a 2% chance of scrapping them for cars.

For the Mini Bike Wheels, you will need the following components:

  • Coal
  • Scrap Polymers
  • Duct Tape
  • Forged Iron
  • Leather
  • Acid Blast

The easiest way to obtain coal is to visit the Burning Biome and hit the burning logs with your pickaxe.

For obtaining Scrap Polymers, you will need to use your wrench on any kitchen appliance that you come across.

You can get Duct Tape by looting it from a pile of garbage or you can craft it using cloth and glue.

For the Forged Iron, you will need to scrap broken workbenches using your wrench or just craft it at the forge. Last but not least is leather which you can loot from the cars.

Once you get your hands on all the required items, make sure that you invest your skills points in the Grease Monkey Attribute which requires level 4 intellect.

Now you just need to visit the Workbench and craft the Minibike by crafting all the components required for it.Do note that you will need to put some fuel inside the Minibike so it can work properly.

The Minibike will give you access to 27 extra inventory slots and you can press the sprint key to increase the speed of the bike.

That’s it, now go ahead and follow these steps to obtain the Minibike in the game!
